A new annuity game, Millionaire For Life, is set to launch across multiple states from Febuary 22, 2026. It will offer a top prize of $1 million a year for life and is set to replace Cash4Life in participating states.
Millionaire for Life is a multi-state lottery which keeps on giving if you win, as the jackpot is worth $1,000,000 a year for the rest of your lifetime. There are drawings every day, taking place at 11:15 PM ET.
It is easier to win than other multi-state games such as Powerball and Mega Millions, as you only have to match five main numbers from 1 to 58 and a Millionaire Ball between 1 and 5.
Launched in Q1 of 2026, Millionaire for Life is taking over from the popular Lucky for Life and Cash for Life lottery games.
