Lucky For Life Odds and Prizes
You can win some magical prizes in Lucky for Life, with a jackpot that is worth $1,000 a day for life. The second prize can also be taken as an annuity. Find out about the odds and all the different ways to win.
You are guaranteed a return of $4 just for matching the Lucky Ball, and the value of payouts increases as you match more numbers.
If you are lucky enough to match all the numbers, you can choose between the annuity - paid out as $365,000 a year for the rest of your lifetime - or a lump sum of $5.75 million.
Match all five main numbers without the Lucky Ball and you’ll receive $25,000 a year for life, unless you would prefer the cash option of $390,000.
There is a guaranteed payout period of 20 years for those taking the annuity option, so if a big winner dies sooner the rest of the money will be paid to their estate.

If there is more than one winner of the top prize, the annuity prize can be split between everyone. There is a top prize liability of $7.125 million – the maximum that can be paid out – and this will be shared between winners as a lump sum in the unlikely situation that 15 or more players match all the numbers.
For the second prize, the amounts are fixed per winner for both the cash and annuity options. However, there is a limit to how much can be paid out if there are more winners than anticipated – in this case it is $9.4 million. This prize fund will be divided between winners as a lump sum if there are more than 20 winners.
